Personal Accounts Registration Guide

 

To use your online banking service you have to be a registered PhonePlus user, Once you activated your PhonePlus service and have your PhonePlus Telephone PIN (TPIN), you can follow below steps to start using your online banking service:

  1. Logon to Crédit Agricole Egypt website (www.ca-egypt.com)
  2. Click on Personal Accounts
  3. Enter your Customer ID & TPIN then click Login
  4. Once you have been successfully authenticated you will be asked to change your password to a new high security Password format and to acknowledge the “Agreement, Terms and Conditions” for using the service.
  5. Once these steps are complete you will be taken to the initial service screen to start using the Online Banking services

If you are not a PhonePlus subscriber, please download the PhonePlus Application form then fill, sign and deliver it to your branch or visit your nearest branch to apply for the service.

Client support for the Crédit Agricole Egypt Personal Accounts service is available through the Call Centre and is available 24 hours. The service number is 19191 (international: (+202) 2791-1888). Before calling please review the relevant User Guides and the FAQ(Frequently ِAsked Questions). FAQs page is updated regularly based on client’s input.


Education

Crédit Agricole Egypt Personal Accounts is straightforward and does not normally require any formal training in its use. The User Guides and the system itself is self explanatory and should enable most users to operate the system without a problem.
