VISA Online Registration Guide

User Registration / Activation

To register for Crédit Agricole Egypt VISA Online you must have previously registered for the Crédit Agricole Egypt Phone Plus service for VISA (IVR telephone enquiry). If you are already registered and have a VISA TPIN (Telephone Personal Identification Number) you have nothing else to do. Simply access the Crédit Agricole Egypt VISA Online and select “User Login”. Enter your VISA card and your TPIN. Once you have been successfully authenticated you will be asked to acknowledge the “Terms and Conditions” for using the service. Once these steps are completed you will be taken to the initial service screen.

If you are NOT registered for Phone Plus service, then you will need to register before accessing the Crédit Agricole Egypt VISA Online. This is easily done by calling 19191 and when answered: select “Crédit Agricole Egypt CREDIT CARD”. You will then be asked to enter your VISA Card Number if authenticated by the system you will be transferred to a Call Centre Agent who will ask you some additional questions to validate your identity. These questions will include items such as:

• Full Date of Birth
• Mobile phone number
• Home phone number
• Identity Card Number
• Etc

Once you have been authenticated you will be asked to enter a 4 digit TPIN, which you can use for the VISA Phone plus service and Crédit Agricole Egypt VISA Online. If you have any difficulty with this process you should call 19191 (international: (+202) 2791-1888) and ask to speak to a call centre operator.

Documents required
The Crédit Agricole Egypt VISA Online service is available to all Crédit Agricole Egypt VISA card holders, No additional documents are required to use this service as your existing documentation provides all required data and approvals.
