To use your online banking service you have to be a
registered PhonePlus user, Once you activated your PhonePlus service and have
your PhonePlus Telephone PIN (TPIN), you can follow below steps to start using your
online banking service:

Visit Crédit Agricole Egypt

(www.ca-egypt.com)

Click on
Consumer user

Enter your
Customer ID &
TPIN then click
Login

Once you have been successfully authenticated
you will be asked to change your password to a new high security Password
format and to acknowledge the “Agreement, Terms and Conditions” for using the
service.

Once these steps are complete you will be
taken to the initial service screen to start using the Online Banking services
If you are not a PhonePlus subscriber, please download the PhonePlus Application form then fill, sign
and deliver it to your branch or visit your nearest branch to apply for the
service.
