About Corporate Banking

Corporate Banking has historically been the core business of Crédit Agricole Egypt, being its primary asset generator and driver of growth. Over the years, our Bank has managed to establish and maintain a strong diversified portfolio of private-sector, public-sector and multinational relationships. Corporate Banking is also a principal source of cross-selling of our Bank's consumer products and services, and of our foreign exchange volumes.

Our Bank works in close partnership with its clients to achieve long-term mutual benefits:  we strive to anticipate customer needs through a diversified mix of products, including short, medium and long-term financing in both foreign currency and Egyptian pounds.In line with the Government of Egypt's drive to increase exports, we are actively promoting the use of our export and other trade facilities. We expect this to be an area of continuing emphasis for our Bank.

Our Bank will continue to take advantage of selective opportunities to increase its corporate portfolio, as investment in the energy, food and tourism sectors increases, and as Egypt positions itself as a center for manufacturing and services in the region, in response to the conclusion of trade agreements with the European Union, and the U.S.A.
