As
Crédit Agricole Egypt Credit card members, you are automatically enrolled in the Rewards Points program. For every Egyptian Pound that you charge on your Crédit Agricole Egypt Credit card for purchases throughout Egypt or overseas, you will receive one Reward
point. Your accumulated points will be credited to your Rewards points account shown on your monthly statement. Certain non-purchase transactions, like cash withdrawals from ATMs, are not eligible for Rewards Points.
Your supplementary card members are automatically enrolled as well. Each time they use their credit card, points will be earned and credited to the primary card member’s account.
The Rewards Points program from Crédit Agricole Egypt is free! There are no enrollment fees or ongoing charges. You enjoy the benefits of being Crédit Agricole Egypt credit card member.
With Rewards Points program, you will earn 1 point for every L.E.1. This is how it works:

You earn a Reward
point for virtually every Egyptian Pound you spend on the Crédit Agricole Egypt Credit card at any merchant around the world.

Use your Credit card for all your purchases and you will soon see those points mount up, bringing the
Rewards you want within reach.

You will receive Couriers to find any news of several new partners to the program and details of what they have to offer you, along with a sample of great offers from our existing partners.

Details will show on your statement to give you what points have been redeemed, what earned and the remaining points
in your account.

These points are automatically accumulated in your Rewards account when using your Crédit Agricole Egypt Credit card. These points will expire in 24 months from their aquiring date starting 01/07/2009.

You will be able to exchange your points for free from the participating partners that we have an agreement with.
Through the Rewards Points partners, you can receive free airline tickets and upgrades, hotel nights, vouchers
for shopping and meals at restaurants. You can also redeem points for paying your annual membership fees.
Redeeming your Rewards Points is very easy. Make your selection of the gift or service you would like to receive from the catalogue and call 19191 to request your redemption voucher. One of our
Call Center’s customer service representatives will assist you in processing your request. They will also answer any questions you may have.

Once you receive your voucher, you just need to present it to the establishment to receive your chosen gift, discount, or service.
In addition, points can be redeemed to pay your annual membership fees. Our Call Center can help you do this as well.
You
can use your Rewards Points to settle part all of the annual membership fees for the primary and/ or supplementary credit card, according to your available balance of points.
