Claim Handling

1. Report a claim directly to CHARTIS Egypt by Fax or Phone within maximum 48 hours from the date of the accident

2. Acknowledgement letter will be mailed at your mailing address including the contact person in charge of handling your claim, required documents along with the claim form within 24 hours

3. Send required documents by Fax #: 02 24617011 or e-mail egynonmotorclaims@chartisinsurance.com, whereas originals to be sent to CHARTIS address

4. CHARTIS will proceed in validating and settling the claim after 72 working hours from documents receipt

5. CHARTIS to issue reimbursement cheque *

* Claims below EGP 2,000 requires 24 hours, while claims above EGP 2,000 requires EGP 48 hours
