For the app developers: The app is from stone ages, very slow, full of bugs related to syncing, I had to go online via web to change password in order to gain access from the app. For the bank: Your web and app design and security is old, cheap, and over complicated for me. It's not over secure. It's over complicated.

I like the new development that happened in the program recently... and although I faced several problems with it immediately after the update... it is now working well... but I really hope that there is a way to share the transfer receipt or invoice receipt... like what happens in other programs like Instapay, for example, the ability to take a screenshot has been stopped in the last update

I cannot understand after all these comments from customers, still the bank customer service keep copy pasting the same meaningless answer. If all customers are saying here that since the last update the app is not working, then the bank just needs to check why it's not working and fix the update rather than copy pasting just the same answer. Here am i, one more additional customer having the same complain: since the app updated, IT SIMPLY DOES NOT OPEN !!!
