CAE Summer Bazar
Crédit Agricole Egypt hosts it’s mid-year summer bazaar as part of the financial inclusion and CSR initiatives.
As part of our strategy and our societal responsibility to support and empower women, Crédit Agricole Egypt has hosted it’s mid-year summer bazaar showcasing a lot of locally made products, handicrafts, accessories and a lot more all made by Egyptian women. The event was full of positive vibes from all parties.

CAE Pac
Crédit Agricole Egypt has celebrated its commercial action plan for 2023 and the start of its Medium Term Plan, Ambitions 2025.
Both come with the same vision of being useful and creating a long-term positive impact on the Egyptian economy and community.
The ceremony was content-rich, full of positive vibes, and fruitful discussion panels with all the management.
The day was also an opportunity to award top performers and outstanding projects.
Looking forward to 2023 achievements.

CAE celebrates Christmas & New Year’s 2023
Crédit Agricole Egypt celebrates Christmas & New Year’s with CAE family, supporting a cause
In collaboration with the Ministry of Social Solidarity, Crédit Agricole Egypt has hosted “Dyarna” Bazaar to support Egypt’s finest traditional craftsmanship showcasing products made by small families & local entrepreneurs. This collaboration was part of the Central Bank Of Egypt’s financial Inclusion strategy to empower all segments of the society.
The day was full of positive vibes, as CAEians celebrated Christmas in a festive mood enjoying the Christmas carnival & shared memorable moments together with lots of photos with Santa clause, who shared Christmas themed gifts with all employees. Merry Christmas to all CAE family.. wishing you all a happy closure of 2022 & here’s to new beginnings with 2023
CAE women’s month Bazar
On the occasion of women’s month, Crédit Agricole Egypt has celebrated with his employees through holding hand crafts gallery by Egyptian women from emerging businesses & NGOs. This comes as part of supporting & caring for women in different fields as a main pillar of Crédit Agricole strategy to serve the community and to achieve the different UN Sustainable Development Goals
Together We Cancer Community- Egypt
In line with CAE strategy that aims to ensure the health and wellbeing of all staff, and as part of the pink October breast cancer awareness month, CAE organized a zoom session with “Nour Shokry” a breast cancer fighter to share her experience and advice.
Abo El Reesh Fundraising Campaign
During the month of Ramadan in 2019, a campaign was launched to collect donations from bank employees to support Abu Al-Rish’s children. This campaign serves the Credit Agricole Egypt Development Foundation project to develop the largest children’s hospital in Egypt. The project depends on renovating 3 operating rooms in addition to a fourth room to reach 3,000 free surgeries.
Kesaa Campaign
Collecting old clothes campaign was launched during early April 2019 at the Crédit Agricole head office premises for staff to donate their unneeded clothes. The campaign duration matches the period in which people start replacing winter clothes with summer ones. The campaign resulted in putting a smile on 3000 families’ faces during the feast.
Paper Recycling
In 2016, CAE launched a new ongoing initiative matching with our values (Green Bank), it involves CAE staff as the main player. The initiative is to collect old paper to be delivered to a charity organization, to be recycled into hand made products. The revenue of the sold products will be used to finance poor girls to have a better life.
100 Million Seha Campaign
Hammering on Crédit Agricole Egypt’s staff wellbeing and in parallel with the government’s health plan, the Bank has launched “100 million healthy lives” campaign on January 2019 for 3 days at the bank head office premises. The campaign aimed to eradicate hepatitis C and minimize the chronic diseases.
Sakan w Dafa campaign
In collaboration with Misr El Kheir, CAE staff has took part in building roofs for houses in upper Egypt through donating money. This campaign was launched at the end of 2018 during winter to guarantee warmness for deprived families. In order to encourage the staff to donate, for every EGP 1 the staff donates with, the bank donates with EGP 2. Total staff donations reached EGP 500,000 along with the bank’s contribution.
Ramadan Bags
For the fourth year in row during the holy month of Ramadan, the bank, staff members and customers contributed with food bags to people in need. As Crédit Agricole understands that the current economic situation has increased the suffering and financial burdens of many Egyptian families, the bank’s goal was to amplify this initiatives by having the employees and customers donate money and offer their effort to making the project a success. CAE aim was to reach a larger number every year to feed as much as possible of families in need. The number of contributed bags increased gradually over the years to reach 8,270 bags in 2016.
Also It became a custom that the staff participates in the distribution of the food bags to different places all over Egypt, believing in their role to contribute to the society they live in and also seeking to be part of the cause of making others in need happy.
The distribution plan included Cairo, Alex, Sharkia, Beni Sweif, Sohag, Assuit, Aswan, Luxor, and Qena.
Winter blankets for Upper Egypt
In the winter time, the weather is harsh on people without shield or roof to protect them. Crédit Agricole made a new initiative in 2016 and has contributed along with its staff in the purchasing and distribution of 2000 blankets to those in need with special focus to Upper Egypt.
