CAE has updated banki phone service with new features to serve you better, accordingly you’ll need to create self-telephone pin to ensure that your call is directed to the needed team at Fidèle special call center queue.

 

Please follow the steps to create the self-telephone pin

  • Call 19191 through your mobile number recorded at CAE banking system.
  • Get your Identity document in hand either National ID or passport that is also registered at CAE banking system.
  • Choose your preferable language.
  • Choose option #2 to continue with same Mobile #.
  • You will be automatically detected to create your TPIN.
  • You are requested to enter the last 4 digits from your national ID /Passport #
  • You are requested to enter your day of birth (from 2 digits).
  • You are requested to enter your birth month (from 2 digits).
  • You are requested to choose any 4 digits for telephone pin & reconfirm them again.
  • You will receive one time password (6 digits) on your registered Mobile # and you are requested to enter it to confirm creation of telephone pin.
  • Last step, you are requested to re-enter your created telephone pin and you will be routed automatically to Fidèle special call center queue.

 

Below are the new features of updated “banki phone” service that you can use once you create the Telephone pin.

Now you can activate your Debit Card or Credit Card in simple and quick steps without the need to visit the branch or make an ATM activation.

  • Call 19191 through your mobile number recorded at CAE banking system
  • Get your Identity document in hand either National ID or passport that is also registered at CAE banking system
  • Choose your preferable language
  • Choose option #2 to continue with same Mobile #.
  • Automatic detections will be done to offer you self-card activation.
  • You are requested to enter the last 4 digits of your inactive card that you want to activate
  • You are requested to enter last 4 digits from your national ID /Passport #
  • You are requested to enter any 4 digits as ATM pin & reconfirm them again.
  • You will get a recorded voice message that card has been activated successfully also your first transaction must be a purchase transaction or cash withdrawal from ATM.

  • A Courtesy call back  in case of waiting for certain time .
  • Automatic recognition of customers in case of calling from the registered mobile number on our systems to be transferred to the specialized customer service team.
