In case Fidèle club conditions are not met for three consecutive months, you will still enjoy Fidèle club benefits at monthly fees of 100 EGP for 9 months then the membership will be suspended.
In case Fidèle club conditions are not met or 12 consecutive months, you will be automatically an Optime Package customer in case of fulfilling Optime conditions prior its inclusion for a period of 6 consecutive months. The bank shall send an SMS to notify you upon your inclusion in the new Package.
Optime Package ELIGIBILITY:
- Optime services are offered for Free when you maintain deposits, savings or investments with Crédit Agricole Egypt for a minimum amount of 80,000 EGP or its equivalent in foreign currencies.
- Maintain an average monthly cash flow with Crédit Agricole Egypt for a minimum amount of 7,000 EGP or its equivalent in foreign currencies.
- In case Optime package conditions are not met for 6 consecutive months, Customer will still enjoy Optime package benefits at monthly fees of EGP 50 for 6 months then the membership will be suspended.
For your convenience, the bank will include you in the package that suits your needs automatically, provided that the package conditions are met for a period of 6 consecutive months’ prior inclusion. The bank shall send an SMS to notify you upon your inclusion in the new Package
