The cornerstones of our strategy are innovation and sustainability. Our aim is to constantly reinvent ourselves, to be able to set new standards in banking experience in Egypt believing that sustainability drives innovation and innovation drives performance.<\/p>\n<p>Impact is in line with CA Group\u2019s medium term plan \u201cStrategic Ambitions 2020\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Our action plan relies on different pillars: customers satisfaction, growth, efficiency, governance, human capital and support to community. Each pillar involves a number of projects. They are all ambitious and innovative.<\/p>\n<p>This strategy comes in pursuit of a successful path of achievements. Cr\u00e9dit Agricole is among the top banks in Customer Satisfaction in Egypt and has been awarded it for its state-of-the-art mobile app, acknowledged for its eco-friendly efforts and certified \u201cLEED\u201d Platinum.
