19) \u2013 Available at the Real Estate Registration Authority in whose jurisdiction the property is situated \u2013 Dates as from the date of the registered contract \u2013 The Customer has to bring it and revised by Legal Department \u2013 This is in order to verify that the property is in the seller\u2019s name and has not sold or mortgaged it<\/li>\n<li>Copy of seller valid national ID or passport<\/li>\n<li>WGS 84 form<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Unit eligible for registration (Buying from the Land Owner)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\" class=\"green-bullet\">\n<li>Copy of land registered contract for land (from seller)<\/li>\n<li>Certified copy of building license for the property<\/li>\n<li>Declaration of the units allocated share in land plot<\/li>\n<li>A certificate of real estate ownership transfers for and by the seller (Form 19) \u2013 Available at the Real Estate Registration Authority in whose jurisdiction the property is situated \u2013 Dates as from the date of the registered contract \u2013 The Customer has to bring it and revised by Legal Department \u2013 This is in order to verify that the property is in the seller\u2019s name and has not sold or mortgaged it<\/li>\n<li>A certificate from the Real Estate Tax Authority in whose jurisdiction the property is situated \u2013 This certificate must be in the seller\u2019s name as in the ownership contract (in order to allow the transfer of ownership in the Customer\u2019s name) \u2013 To be provided by the seller or a certificate indicating the non-existence of real estate taxes to date<\/li>\n<li>WGS 84 form<\/li>\n<li>Copy of seller valid national ID or passport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Unit in new urban communities (Buying from the Land owner)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\" class=\"green-bullet\">\n<li>Land allocation<\/li>\n<li>Building License<\/li>\n<li>Authority in whose jurisdiction the property is situated
