As part of our commitment to provide our valued customers with excellent banking services, we would like to inform you that starting March 1, 2024, the minimum criteria for the packages have been changed as follow:
For Fidèle Club package members:
- Maintain an average balance of at least EGP 600,000 instead of EGP 500,000 (or equivalent in foreign currencies) across all your accounts at Crédit Agricole Egypt for the past 3 months
- Or Transfer your net monthly salary of at least EGP 50,000 instead of 40,000 (or equivalent in foreign currencies) to your account at Crédit Agricole Egypt
- Or keep an average monthly cash flow of at least EGP 50,000 instead of 40,000 (or equivalent in foreign currencies) at your accounts at Crédit Agricole Egypt for the past 6 months
You will be granted a grace period of 3 months until May 31, 2024, to comply with the new criteria and continue enjoying the membership exclusive privileges.
For Fidèle Club business package members:
- Maintain an average balance of at least EGP 600,000 instead of EGP 500,000 (or equivalent in foreign currencies) across all your accounts at Crédit Agricole Egypt for the past 3 months
- Or keep an average monthly cash flow of at least EGP 350,000 (or equivalent in foreign currencies) at your accounts at Crédit Agricole Egypt for the past 6 months
You will be granted a grace period of 3 months until May 31, 2024, to comply with the new criteria and continue enjoying the membership exclusive privileges.
Important notes for Fidèle Club business and Fidèle Club packages members:
- In case the existing member is not meeting the package’s new eligibility criteria for 3 consecutive months, he/she shall be entitled to a monthly fee of EGP 100 (or its equivalent in foreign currencies) for 9 months.
- In case the existing member is not meeting the package’s new eligibility criteria for 12 consecutive months, the package services will be suspended immediately.
For Optime package members:
- Maintain an average balance of at least EGP 100,000 instead of EGP 80,000 (or equivalent in foreign currencies) across all your accounts at Crédit Agricole Egypt for the past 3 months
- Or transfer your net monthly salary of at least EGP 9,000 instead of 7,000 (or equivalent in foreign currencies) to your account at Crédit Agricole Egypt
- Or Keep an average monthly cash flow of at least EGP 9,000 instead of 7,000 (or equivalent in foreign currencies) at your accounts at Crédit Agricole Egypt for the past 6 months
You will be granted a grace period of 3 months until May 31, 2024, , to comply with the new criteria and continue enjoying the membership exclusive privileges.
Important notes for Optime package members:
- In case the existing member is not meeting the package’s new eligibility criteria for 6 consecutive months, he/she shall be entitled to a monthly fee of EGP 50 (or its equivalent in foreign currencies) for 6 months.
- In case the existing member is not meeting the package’s new eligibility criteria for 12 consecutive months, the package services will be suspended immediately.
