• Check “Happy Points” online merchants catalogue on banki Mobile/lite
• Click on your favorite merchant
• Enter the amount you want to redeem in EGP
• Click “Create Coupon”, then you will be requested to enter the code (OTP) that will be sent to your mobile number to be able to continue
• You will receive an SMS with the requested coupon number & validity and another sms with the deducted points & remaining balance of your Happy Points
• Once you use the coupon at the online merchant, you will receive a confirmation SMS.
