Joining Optime is Easy:
    Meet one of the following requirements:
  • Maintain an average balance of EGP 100,000 (or equivalent) across your Crédit Agricole Egypt accounts for the past 3 months.
  • Transfer your monthly net salary of at least EGP 9,000 (or equivalent) to your Crédit Agricole Egypt account.
  • Maintain an average monthly cash flow of at least EGP 9,000 (or equivalent) to your Crédit Agricole Egypt accounts for the past 6 months.
Important Information:
  • A monthly fee of EGP 150 (or equivalent) will apply for 9 months if the eligibility criteria are not met for 3 consecutive months.
  • Optime package services will be suspended, if the eligibility criteria are not met for 12 consecutive months.
As part of our commitment to provide our valued customers with excellent banking services, we would like to inform you that starting June 1, 2026, the minimum membership limits for Optime package will be changed as follow: For Optime package members:
  • Maintain an average balance of at least EGP 250,000 instead of EGP 100,000 (or equivalent in foreign currencies) across all your accounts at Crédit Agricole Egypt for the past 3 months
  • Or transfer your net monthly salary of at least EGP 20,000 instead of 9,000 (or equivalent in foreign currencies) to your account at Crédit Agricole Egypt
  • Or Keep an average monthly cash flow of at least EGP 20,000 instead of 9,000 (or equivalent in foreign currencies) at your accounts at Crédit Agricole Egypt for the past 6 months
