Mobile Banking App Troubleshooting Guide
Your mobile banking app may stop working or display a security warning to protect your account if it detects device settings or applications that could put your personal or financial information at risk.
If you encounter this issue, please follow the below guidelines .
If Accessibility Services are Enabled
Some applications use Accessibility Services to assist users, but malicious apps can also misuse these permissions to control your device or read information displayed on your screen.
Solution Steps

- Review all enabled Accessibility Services.
- Disable any service that you do not recognize or no longer need.
- If you use applications such as:

- Auto-clickers or tap recording apps
- Automation apps
- Remote control applications

Solution Steps
- Temporarily disable all automation profiles or routines.
- Disable Accessibility permission for these applications if it is enabled.
- Open the banking app again.
If Your Device Includes Unknown Security or Cleaning Apps
Some devices come with pre-installed applications that can access your screen or control certain device functions.
Solution Steps
- Review your pre-installed applications.
- Disable any application that you do not use, if your device allows it.
- Remove any suspicious applications that you installed yourself.
- Ensure that the device is not rooted or jailbroken.
- Check for device-modification or root-management tools, such as Magisk, as these may cause the application to block access or close for security reasons.
- Remove any unknown or untrusted security, cleaning, or device-modification applications.
- Stop using any proxy and traffic-routing applications while using the banking app, as such tools may expose sensitive information or interfere with the application’s security controls.
- Restart your mobile phone.
If You Receive a Security Risk Warning
The warning may indicate the presence of:
- A malicious application.
- An application controlling your screen.
- An application monitoring your device.
- An untrusted application with elevated permissions.
Solution Steps
