How is the cashback calculated and capped?

Formula: (CD Booked Amount × CD Interest Rate) ÷ 12 = Cashback Amount.

Eligible customers receive a one-time cashback equivalent to 1 month of interest on their newly booked CD, capped at a maximum of EGP 20,000.
Example: If you open an NTB CD for EGP 100,000 at a 16% interest rate, your cashback will be: (100,000 × 0.16) ÷ 12 = EGP 1,333.33.

Do existing customers qualify to enter the draw twice, and can New-to-Bank customers receive the cashback twice?

Yes. Existing customers can enter the draw in both phases, and New-to-Bank customers can qualify for the cashback in both phases,
provided they increase their fresh funds during the second phase of the campaign (evaluating LCY AUM growth at the end of December 2026 vs. end of September 2026).

Is there an extra bonus for turning 20 years?

Yes! In alignment with the bank's 20th anniversary, any NTB Youth customer who is exactly 20 years old (Born in the year 2006)
at the time of account opening will receive an additional 200,000 Happy Points, resulting in a grand total of 400,000 Happy Points.
