Terms & Conditions:

    • Offer Valid for Credit Agricole Visa newly issued credit cards.
    • Offer is valid for (Visa Platinum & Visa Infinite) Credit cards.
    • Offer is valid from December 28th till March 31st -2026. (based on credit card application date).
    • Offer is valid for Primary cards applications only.
    • Offer Is valid for New to bank customers and existing customers not holding Credit Agricole credit cards.
  • Offer is valid for Upgraded cards:
    • Visa Gold credit card to Platinum / Infinite Credit card
    • Visa Platinum credit card to Infinite Credit card
  • International spending limit activation:
    • Newly issued cards will not be eligible for International usage whether in Egypt or Abroad for 2 months from issuance date, this condition is not valid for upgraded cards.

18 Months 0% Interest & 0% fees – Terms & Conditions:

  • Activate your newly issued Visa card from Credit Agricole and enjoy 18 Months Installment at 0% Interest & 0% Fees.
  • Eligible transactions:
    All local & international purchases at stores, Online and Governmental transactions.
  • You can request Taksit service by calling the Call center 5 working days after the transaction date. 19191.
  • Minimum Installment amount:
    EGP 3,000 (single or total transactions performed by primary or Supplementary cards).
  • Maximum Installment amount:
    based on the card type for (single or total transactions amount performed by primary or supplementary cards) with capped amount as per the below table:

  • Last day to request Taksit service as per the below table;

    • Taksit service is not available on Last working day of month.
    • Do not proceed with any payment process until the installment request is completed.
    • In case full payment or the credit limit is exceeded, the “Taksit” request will not be processed.
    • Customer will be requested to pay the 1st Installment in the month following Taksit Request date.
    • In case you request to cancel Taksit from CAE Call center after your request was processed, early settlement fees will be applied on Transaction.
    • In case no payment for minimum amount for following 3 Months, Taksit transaction will be cancelled automatically and Taksit amount will be transferred to Card balance.
    • Taksit agreement is applicable to the recent transactions created from the New transaction then old transactions.

    100% Cashback Terms & Conditions:

    • To enjoy 100% Cashback on Issuance fees, newly issued card must be activated and used for purchases by maximum 30th April-2026.
    • The minimum purchases amount to benefit from 100% Cashback on issuance fees based on the card type as per the below table;

    Visa – Infinite EGP 15,000
    • Supplementary cards purchases will be added to Primary card conditioned that Primary card should be active on Cashback processing date
    • Cashback will be processed by end of May-2026.
    • The bank will choose qualified customers based on the info and reports available at cashback processing date.
    • Loyalty program Points “Happy Points” will be earned upon the purchase transaction & no extra points on Cashback & Taksit services.
