You can subscribe by signing a subscription form at any of the bank’s branches across Egypt. Subscription frequency varies depending on the fund type. Some funds offer daily subscriptions, while others provide weekly subscriptions. However, in all cases orders must be submitted before 12:00 pm on any applicable day.

  • International spending limit activation:

  • Activate your newly issued Visa card from Credit Agricole and enjoy 18 Months Installment at 0% Interest & 0% Fees.
  • Eligible transactions:
    All local & international purchases at stores, Online and Governmental transactions.
  • You can request Taksit service by calling the Call center 5 working days after the transaction date. 19191.
  • Minimum Installment amount:
    EGP 3,000 (single or total transactions performed by primary or Supplementary cards).
  • Maximum Installment amount:
    based on the card type for (single or total transactions amount performed by primary or supplementary cards) with capped amount as per the below table:

  • Taksit service is not available on Last working day of month.
  • Do not proceed with any payment process until the installment request is completed.
  • In case full payment or the credit limit is exceeded, the “Taksit” request will not be processed.
  • Customer will be requested to pay the 1st Installment in the month following Taksit Request date.
  • In case you request to cancel Taksit from CAE Call center after your request was processed, early settlement fees will be applied on Transaction.
  • In case no payment for minimum amount for following 3 Months, Taksit transaction will be cancelled automatically and Taksit amount will be transferred to Card balance.
  • Taksit agreement is applicable to the recent transactions created from the New transaction then old transactions.

100% Cashback Terms & Conditions:

  • To enjoy 100% Cashback on Issuance fees, newly issued card must be activated and used for purchases.
  • The minimum purchases amount to benefit from 100% Cashback on issuance fees based on the card type as per the below table;

  • Supplementary cards purchases will be added to Primary card conditioned that Primary card should be active on Cashback processing date
