  • EFG Hermes Asset Management is the fund manager for Credit Agricole I, Credit Agricole II equity funds and Credit Agricole III money market fund. With over 25 years of experience in the Egyptian market, the fund manager makes investment decisions on behalf of the investors based on through research and close monitoring of market conditions. EFG Hermes Asset Management is responsible for the performance of the funds under its management, as they handle the investment part of the fund.

  • All mutual funds announce the Investment Certificate price on a weekly basis, allowing investors to track their performance. Additionally, the fund manager publishes quarterly fact sheets that provide insights into the fund’s performance.

  • You can subscribe by signing a subscription form at any of the bank’s branches across Egypt. Subscription frequency varies depending on the fund type. Some funds offer daily subscriptions, while others provide weekly subscriptions. However, in all cases orders must be submitted before 12:00 pm on any applicable day.

  • Returns represent the total net profits or losses (in some types of mutual funds) achieved against the invested amount during a specific period. To view the returns for the mutual funds offered by the bank Click Here

    • Redemption orders can be signed at any of the bank’s branches across Egypt. Redemption frequency varies depending on the fund. Some funds offer daily redemption, while others provide weekly redemption. However, in all cases, orders must be submitted before 12:00 pm on any applicable day

Terms & Conditions:

  • The offer is valid for existing bank customers, excluding Private banking, Payroll, & Corporate customers
  • The reward will be given one time only for every referrer customer, after the new customer opens his account (New relation) & take an action on it from the mentioned criteria below.
  • The reward applies based on the highest qualifying criterion met by the new customer “Referee”, even if they met multiple criteria.
  • NTB referred customer applying for a credit card must activate the card & perform one purchase transaction minimum by maximum end of the following month from the CIF opening date to be eligible for credit cards criteria rewards.
  • NTB referred customer aiming for packages rewards; has to subscribe in a package by maximum end of the following month from the CIF opening date to benefit from the packages rewards mentioned above.
  • Rewards will be deposited to the referrers accounts after 2 months from Referee CIF opening date and eligibility of one of the criteria below.
  • Referees rewards will be added to Happy Points balance after 2 months from CIF opening date and eligibility of one of the above criteria.
  • NTB Customers who subscribed in packages, are responsible to maintain their packages subscriptions criteria as mentioned on the bank official website & they’re obligated to maintain the terms & conditions of the package they’ve subscribed into to be eligible for their rewards. for packages click here My First, Optime & Fidele
  • The bank has the right to suspend or amend the full offer or part of it at any time.
  • The new account amounts should be in EGP currency only
  • Reopened accounts from the offer start date will be eligible to the offer
  • The offer is valid from 1st of March, 2026 till end of Feb. 2027

The offer is not applicable, in case:

  • The existing customer “Referrer” or the new one “Referee” close their accounts during the campaign duration
  • The existing customer “Referrer” or the new one “Referee” accounts are inactive during the campaign duration
  • The existing customer “Referrer” is a credit or prepaid cardholder
  • The existing customer “Referrer” is an employee at Crédit Agricole Egypt
  • The existing customer “Referrer” & the new one “Referee” will be eligible for their rewards based on the criteria listed below:
