You can subscribe by signing a subscription form at any of the bank’s branches across Egypt. Subscription frequency varies depending on the fund type. Some funds offer daily subscriptions, while others provide weekly subscriptions. However, in all cases orders must be submitted before 12:00 pm on any applicable day.

How to create the agreement?

  • Go to Orange E-shop website.
  • Pick the product you want (worth more than or equal EGP 500).
  • Go to checkout.
  • Choose “Credit Card” as a payment method.
  • Fill in your “Credit Card” information.
  • Choose from the availed installment tenors and proceed with the payment

Notes:

  • The Taksit service available up to 48 months
  • The published interest rates related to Taksit represent the monthly rates
  • The minimum amount to enjoy Taksit service is EGP 500, with no capping
  • All Credit Cards holders can enjoy the service, except corporate credit card holders
  • Supplementary cardholders can enjoy the service however the OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to primary cardholder’s mobile number
  • The Taksit feature is not available at Orange physical stores; however, you can enjoy the Taksit service through banki Mobile application
  • There is no maximum number of transactions to apply for the “Taksit” The transactions amounts should be within the credit card available limit
  • Loyalty program points “Happy Points” will be earned upon completing the purchase transaction. However, no additional points will be earned for the “Taksit “service
  • Your “Taksit” request will be processed during 14 days from the purchase date
  • Do not proceed with any payment process related to Orange transactions during the 14- day processing period until the installment request completed. In case of full payment or exceeding the credit limit, the “Taksit” request will not be proceeded
  • If customer forgets to create the agreement directly while purchasing the product, there is no need to contact Orange shops or bank call center. The “Taksit” service can be initiated directly through the banki Mobile application
