1. Terms and Conditions for Entering the Gold Bars Draw (10 Grams):

• Draw Entry Mechanism: Increase your deposits & Book a Certificate of Deposit starting EGP 20,000 to enter the draw.
• Increasing Your Chances: One additional draw entry for every extra EGP 20,000 & its multiple booked in Certificates. The higher the certificates amount, the greater the chance of winning.

2. Terms and Conditions for the Cash Back (An Extra Month of Interest) starting from August 01ˢᵗ 2026, until December 31ˢᵗ 2026:

• • How to get the Offer:Open an account and book a Certificate of Deposit starting EGP 20,000 with no maximum limit to receive an extra month of interest in the form of Cashback (in addition to the original interest earned on the certificate during its tenor).
  • Maximum cashback Limit: EGP 20,000 is the maximum cashback per customer for the total certificates booked during the campaign period.
  • Fresh Funds Condition: Certificate amounts must be funded by fresh balances. Cashback will not be calculated if the certificates are issued using existing balances resulting from internal transfers between Crédit Agricole Egypt customers’ accounts.
  • In case of Cashback Eligibility: The Cashback is automatically calculated and credited to the customer’s active account without the need to contact customer service.

  • Cashback Calculation Formula:

    • Certificate Amount × Annual Interest Rate / 12 = Cashback Amount (with maximum limit EGP 20,000)
      

• Cashback Payout Dates:

  • During October 2026: For eligible customers who booked certificates between August 01ˢᵗ 2026, and September 30ᵗʰ 2026.
  • During January 2027: For eligible customers who booked certificates between October 01ˢᵗ 2026, and December 31ˢᵗ 2026.

3. Terms for Youth Welcome Points (Ages 15 to 26)

• • • Open a Youth Account and receive 200,000 Welcome Points.

4. Terms for Youth Additional Welcome Points

• • • If you were born in the year 2006, open a Youth Account and receive an additional 200,000 Welcome Points (Total: 400,000 points).

Points Crediting Dates:

5. Offers General Terms and Conditions

• • • Offers’ Period: The offer is valid from August 01ˢᵗ 2026, until December 31ˢᵗ 2026.
    • Offer Eligibility: The draw is open to all individual customers (existing and new) and applies to all types of EGP certificates (fixed or variable) available at the bank.
    • The draw is conducted under the official supervision of the Ministry of Social Solidarity under License No. 197 of 2026.

    • Fresh Funds Criteria: This is defined as the increase in total Local Currency Assets Under Management on a customer level:

      • For the First Draw: Comparing the end of September 2026 balance against the end of July 2026 balance.
      • For the Second Draw: Comparing the end of December 2026 balance against the end of September 2026 balance.
    • Publicity and Advertising: The bank reserves the right to disclose the names of the winners. The bank also reserves the right to photograph the award ceremony proceedings and announcements through all advertising and media channels for promotional purposes and to ensure transparency.
    • Unreachable Winners: In the event that a winner cannot be reached, an alternative winner will be selected.
    • Prize Validity: The winner’s right to claim the prize lapses after 90 days from the date of being notified of winning the prize.
    • Data Update: To receive the prize / get the offer, Winners must update their data and submit a valid National ID or Passport.
    • Legal Restrictions: The winner’s right to claim the prize lapses in case of any legal action or garnishment or seizure or any judicial dispute or block on any of the customer’s accounts for legal or regulatory reason, and the ownership of the prize remains to Crédit Agricole Egypt.
    • Deceased customers: are excluded from winning the draw.
    • Full Redemption/ Closing Account: In the event of full redemption/breaking the certificate prior to the draw, the customer will be disqualified from the draw.
