  • Choose preferred language: Press (1) for Arabic or (2) for English
  • Press (1) For Fidele Club Customers
  • Press (2) If you have a Telephone Pin
  • Press (3) If you Don’t  have a Telephone Pin
  • Press (4) To Stop any of Your Cards
  • Press (5) For Prepaid or Prepaid Payroll customers
  • Press (6) For Corporate Customers

How to Login?

  • Please enter your Bank ID #, followed by 4 digits TPIN created before
  • Or enter Credit Card #, followed by 4 digits TPIN created before
  • For Prepaid or Prepaid Payroll Card holders, please enter 16 digits for the card, followed by 4 digits TPIN# created before, Using Menu 5
  • For New Customers, use menu 3 to create a TPIN and enjoy using the new telephone banking Services
