Building on the success achieved over the last decade with the ambition to reinforce our presence and further grow amidst a challenging environment, Crédit Agricole Egypt has elaborated its medium term plan Impact aiming to become a leading innovation-driven sustainable bank in the country.

Going beyond a simple name, Impact translates our ambition to create  a long-term value to our stakeholders: customers, shareholders, staff and community, while maintaining our growth. The cornerstones of our strategy are innovation and sustainability. Our aim is to constantly reinvent ourselves, to be able to set new standards in banking experience in Egypt believing that sustainability drives innovation and innovation drives performance.

Impact is in line with CA Group’s medium term plan “Strategic Ambitions 2020”.

Our action plan relies on different pillars: customers satisfaction, growth, efficiency, governance, human capital and support to community. Each pillar involves a number of projects. They are all ambitious and innovative.

This strategy comes in pursuit of a successful path of achievements. Crédit Agricole is among the top banks in Customer Satisfaction in Egypt and has been awarded it for its state-of-the-art mobile app, acknowledged for its eco-friendly efforts and certified “LEED” Platinum. We have been effectively contributing in infrastructure projects for the support of the community and beyond we are continuously sponsoring education for Egyptian youth.
