  • Yes. The draw mechanism is cumulative. Every additional EGP 20,000 of fresh funds booked into a CD grants you one extra chance (e.g., EGP 100,000 gives you 5 chances).

  • This offer is exclusively for New-to-Bank customers (including Youth NTB) who increase their fresh funds by a minimum of EGP 20,000 and book it into an EGP Certificate of Deposit.

The cashback payouts will occur in two phases based on when the fresh funds are evaluated:
  • First Phase: Credited during October 2026 (reflecting growth from end-of-September vs. end-of-July).
  • Second Phase: Credited during January 2027 (reflecting growth from end-of-December vs. end-of-September).

Fresh funds are measured by the net increase in your Local Currency Assets Under Management (LCY AUM) across two distinct tracking periods:
  • First Draw: The increase in LCY AUM at the end of September 2026 compared to the end of July 2026.
  • Second Draw: The increase in LCY AUM at the end of December 2026 compared to the end of September 2026.

  • The campaign targets all existing Crédit Agricole Egypt customers, New-to-Bank customers, New-to-Bank customers,
  • And specifically features tailored offers for Youth customers.

Cairo,  2021 – Two major international publications, the Global Business Outlook and Global Banking and Finance Review have recently recognized Crédit Agricole Egypt as a winner of four prestigious awards, namely, Most Innovative Retail Banking Product, Most Innovative Digital Bank Best Customer Satisfaction & Happiness and Best Corporate Governance.

 

The awards confirm Crédit Agricole Egypt’s ceaseless endeavor to achieve customer satisfaction by offering world-class innovative services and products.  This is also a continuity in the bank’s record number of awards recognizing our achievements and highlighting our aim to be a reference bank in the Egyptian banking sector.  

Commenting on the awards, Crédit Agricole Egypt Managing Director, Jean-Pierre Trinelle, said: “I would like first to congratulate all our employees whose efforts to provide the highest level of services are rewarded today. These awards from prominent international media organizations reflect the pertinence of our strategy prioritizing customer satisfaction and long-term relationship. They also demonstrate the bank’ leadership in digital services, noting that 2020 Business Index has availed that Credit Agricole is the #1 bank in Egypt in terms of capital expenditures allocated to technology & digital transformation.

The Global Business Outlook awarded Crédit Agricole Egypt the Most Innovative Retail Banking Product to acknowledge the bank’s innovative initiative where prepaid cards were used to replace the regular club membership cards. This initiative launched in Shooting and Sporting Clubs are contributing to the transformation to cashless society and financial inclusion in Egypt. The prestigious magazine also attributed the Most Innovative Digital Bank award for the bank’s integrated platform of digital service, banki by Crédit Agricole for both retail and corporate clients.

Crédit Agricole Egypt also received two awards from the Global Banking and Finance Review magazine. The first award, Banking Customer Satisfaction & Happiness, praises the bank’s efforts in developing the quality of services and highlights the success of the Happy Points loyalty platform. This platform recently introduced represents a fulfillment of the bank’s promise to offer the best-in-class rewards system to its customers with an easy digital experience.
