You can subscribe by signing a subscription form at any of the bank’s branches across Egypt. Subscription frequency varies depending on the fund type. Some funds offer daily subscriptions, while others provide weekly subscriptions. However, in all cases orders must be submitted before 12:00 pm on any applicable day.

  • Offer is valid on “Tradeline” Products for 12 Months (0% Interest / 0% Admin fees / 0% Processing Fees or down payment)
  • Offer is valid on Purchases transactions through “Tradeline” Stores from 15th March-2026 till 30th April-2026.
  • Offer is valid on all purchases from “Tradeline” stores through POS only.
  • Offer is Available for Primary & Supplementary Credit Cards except Corporate Credit Card.
  • Offer must be requested from Crédit Agricole Call center 19191, starting from 20th March-2026 till 10th May-2026
  • You can request Taksit service by calling the Call center 5 working days after the transaction date.
  • Minimum Takseet request amount is: EGP 3,000 (Single or total transactions performed by primary or Supplementary cards).
  • In case customer has more than 1 Primary Card/ Supplementary card, still can enjoy the offer.
  • The offer includes transactions performed using supplementary credit cards.
  • There is no limit to the number of transactions eligible for “Taksit” service, as long as amounts are within the Eligible Taksit amount.
  • Offer is valid only for Active & valid Credit cards.
  •   Taksit request will not be accepted on the last business day of the month.
  • Do not proceed with any payment process until the installment request is completed.
  • In case of full payment or credit limit is exceeded, the “Taksit” request will not be processed.
  • Customer will be requested to pay his 1st Installment in the month following Taksit request date.
  • In case you request to cancel your Taksit agreement, early settlement fees will be applied on.
  • Taksit agreement will consider recent transaction then old transactions.
  • Bank is not responsible for any loss/damage that could be caused to the purchased products and in such event customer to refer directly to the provider of the product or service.
  • Any damage to the product will not affect installment payments regularity.
  • In case of Refunds, Installment will not be automatically cancelled and customer have to call CAE call center to cancel it and early settlement fees will be applied.
  • Bank has the right to amend/cancel the offer without prior notification.
  • Bank has the right to amend/add few or all offer Terms & conditions without prior approval from Cardholder, and bank’s announcements of terms and conditions changes could take place by any possible channel that Credit Agricole consider it suitable and such announcement is considered official.
  • Loyalty program Points “Happy Points” will be earned upon the purchase transaction; and no additional points will be earned for the “Taksit” service.
  • To inquire about the first installment date, please refer to banki Mobile application or banki Online.
  • After visa credit card monthly closing:
    • Login easily on banki Mobile App. using your login
    • From banki Mobile main menu: Click on “Statements”
    • Then, click on “Statements” to view your transactions E-statement.
    • Choose the month of transaction.
    • View Transactions and due date of installment transactions.
