  • Each cardholder must meet the required international spend condition independently to qualify for the benefit.

  • Eligibility is based on posted (settled) transactions, not pending ones. Customers should ensure their transactions are fully processed and posted before attempting lounge access.

  • It means the system checks 90 days backward from the date of the last international transaction processed to confirm eligibility.

  • If the required international spend (USD 5 within the last 90 days) is not met, lounge access will not be granted, and the visit will be declined.

  • An international transaction includes any purchase made outside Egypt or in foreign currency, whether performed abroad or through international online merchants.

Visa is introducing a seamless digital experience towards the enjoyment of luxury airport lounges benefits.

Starting October 1st 2024, you will need to download” Visa Airport Companion” application, then register your Visa Infinite and Platinum Credit Card to create your digital membership that will allow you to access more than 1,200 lounges worldwide, check lounges locations, amenities, your visits entitlements and more.

Important Notes: Applies For Infinite & Platinum Credit cards  (Primary & Supplementary)

  • To create & get your membership QR code:
  • Card details
  • Name, email address, and mobile number
  • Consent to Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use
  • A six-digit code will be sent to your mobile number or email address for verification. After successful verification, you will be asked to create a password then you will be directed to the app home screen, where you can access and use your benefits straight away.
  • At the home page bottom menu click on “Membership” to find your QR code/Digital membership that you will need to present to the lounge receptionist.
  • Each Supplementary card related to Platinum or Infinite must register their own cards at “Visa Airport Companion” App, using their personal details including their name as per their passport, Mobile number and their email addressDownload the app from Apple Store or Google Play Store and follow the instructions.
