Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, the same eligibility criteria apply to both primary and supplementary credit cards.
  • Each cardholder must meet the required international spend condition independently to qualify for the benefit.

  • Eligibility is based on posted (settled) transactions, not pending ones. Customers should ensure their transactions are fully processed and posted before attempting lounge access.

  • It means the system checks 90 days backward from the date of the last international transaction processed to confirm eligibility.

  • If the required international spend (USD 5 within the last 90 days) is not met, lounge access will not be granted, and the visit will be declined.

  • An international transaction includes any purchase made outside Egypt or in foreign currency, whether performed abroad or through international online merchants.

Transfers and Payments

Steps to transfer to other cards in other banks inside Egypt:

    1. Choose “Transfers/Payments”.
    2. Then choose “banks inside Egypt”.
    3. Click “from” and choose your account number.
    4. Then click “to” and choose “banks inside Egypt”.
    5. Then fill in all the required fields & add the card number in the account number field.
    6. Then add the amount.
    7. Press “continue” & choose transfer/payment reason.
    8. Enter the “TOKEN” & press confirm”.

  • Transfer money from your account to your card. (no token needed)

As you pay different bills:

  • Remember to set them as “favorites” so you can easily pay them again next time
  • To pay your bills through banki Mobile application click here

  • Transfer to any wallet in Egypt using banki Mobile.

    Steps to transfer to any Wallet inside Egypt:

    1. Choose “transfers/payments”.
    2. Then choose “banks inside Egypt”.
    3. Click “From” and choose your account number.
    4. Then click “to” and choose “banks Inside Egypt”.
    5. Fill in all fields then add Wallet mobile number in beneficiary’s account filed.
    6. Choose transfer or “save and transfer”to save the beneficiary data for future use/transfer.
    7. Then add the amount.
    8. Press “continue” & enter reason of transfer.
    9. Enter the “TOKEN” & press “confirm”.

    • You can even select the organization you wish to donate to.

        Steps to Donate through banki Mobile:

        1. Choose “Fawry Bill Payments”.
        2. Click “From” and choose the account number to pay from.
        3. Click “To” and choose “Bills”.
        4. Click “Select biller” and choose “Charity”. choose the organization you wish to donate to under the Charity section.
        5. Click “Pay/Add new bill”.
        6. Select biller then fill in all required fields.
        7. Choose “Save & Pay” to add them as Favorites.
        8. Enter Amount.
        9. Enter “TOKEN” and click “Confirm”.

        • Transfer to any Account/IBAN in Egypt using banki Mobile.

        Steps to transfer to other Accounts/IBAN in other banks inside Egypt:

        1. Choose “transfers/payments”.
        2. Then choose “banks inside Egypt”.
        3. Click “From” and choose your account number.
        4. Then click “to” and choose “banks Inside Egypt”.
        5. Fill in all fields then add account number/IBAN in beneficiary’s account filed.
        6. Choose transfer or ‘save and transfer’ to save the beneficiary data for future use/transfer.
        7. Then add the amount.
        8. Press “continue” & enter reason of transfer.
        9. Enter the “TOKEN” & press “confirm”.
