Know your Customer Form KYC 2025

Welcome Mr./Ms.

To ensure your information is up to date and to avoid any potential blockage of your Credit Card, we kindly ask you to update your KYC Form at the earliest convenience.

You may choose one of the following options:

  • Visit your nearest CAE branch to complete the update. (For branch locations, please visit CAE official website)
  • Request a home or business visit from one of our authorized CAE KYC officers. Simply click Submit, and a member of our team will contact you within 5 business days to confirm your address and schedule an appointment.
