With over 25 years of experience in the Egyptian market, the fund manager makes investment decisions on behalf of the investors based on through research and close monitoring of market conditions. EFG Hermes Asset Management is responsible for the performance of the funds under its management, as they handle the investment part of the fund.

  • All mutual funds announce the Investment Certificate price on a weekly basis, allowing investors to track their performance. Additionally, the fund manager publishes quarterly fact sheets that provide insights into the fund’s performance.

  • You can subscribe by signing a subscription form at any of the bank’s branches across Egypt. Subscription frequency varies depending on the fund type. Some funds offer daily subscriptions, while others provide weekly subscriptions. However, in all cases orders must be submitted before 12:00 pm on any applicable day.

2 prestigious awards from Global Finance in recognition of its leadership in digital services and the success of its new concept to reengineer the proximity towards customers

 Cairo, October…, 2018 – In recognition of its leadership in the digital banking services, Crédit Agricole Egypt has received from the renowned Global Finance Magazine two prestigious awards the Best in Mobile Banking and the Most Innovative Digital Bank in Egypt for the consumer category. The bank was honored at the Global Finance Digital Bank and Innovators Conference in Dubai, and awards were handed out to the bank’s representatives Mr. Ahmed Samir Kamel – Head of Digital Banking & Client Innovation and Eng. Maged Tamam – Chief Information Technology Officer.

Out of the large number of prominent financial institutions competing for the awards this year, Crédit Agricole Egypt has managed to receive 2 important awards, in acknowledgment of its integrated platform of fully-fledged services for both individual and corporate banking customers. This platform is a demonstration of the bank’s successful strategy, symbolized through the moto “100% digital..100% human”. This strategy introduces a new concept to re-engineer the proximity of the bank towards its customers, depending on the full integration between digital services and banking consultations availed through the distinguished team of experts at branches.

With the support of a digital greeter who will orchestrate the journey inside the branch, clients will be easily introduced to the digital services. In addition to a wide spectrum of advanced digital services, the team of experts in the branch will listen to customers’ needs and give them the right advice, thus putting in concreate words the “100% digital..100% human” strategy. This branch is the first banki Store model, which will be rolled out across branches. Earlier, Crédit Agricole Egypt offered banki Corner at a number of its branches to raise awareness of digital banking services.
