  • Yes. The draw mechanism is cumulative. Every additional EGP 20,000 of fresh funds booked into a CD grants you one extra chance (e.g., EGP 100,000 gives you 5 chances).

Crédit Agricole Egypt launches a campaign to encourage clients to use their debit cards in purchases

Cairo, Egypt – To coincide with Mother’s days and as part of its effort to encourage clients to adopt the habit of making purchases via their MasterCard debit card as opposed to depending on cash, Crédit Agricole Egypt is launching a special offer during the month of March. Throughout the month, all clients making their purchases using their debit cards will receive cash-back. The money will be automatically re-deposited in their accounts.

Crédit Agricole Egypt selected the month of March for this offer because it rhythms with the occasion of Mother’s Day, given that a lot of people purchase gifts. This was a perfect timing to launch this offer as a support to CAE clients to benefit from some cash-back.

“There is a worldwide trend where more and more people are depending on the use of debit cards to make purchases because it is more convenient, but most importantly, it’s safer,” says Crédit Agricole Egypt’s Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. François-Edouard Drion. “So we are giving our clients the opportunity to experience for themselves the convenience of using their debit cards for purchases.”
