Very disappointing Experience. Honestly, I don’t recommend dealing with Crédit Agricole at all. The service is very poor. There are unjustified charges added to the credit card without clear explanations. The mobile application is extremely unreliable it frequently lags, doesn’t reflect the actual available balance, and is not properly synced with the account. This makes it really difficult to track your transactions accurately. Customer service is also inconsistent their responses change

I like the new development that happened in the program recently... and although I faced several problems with it immediately after the update... it is now working well... but I really hope that there is a way to share the transfer receipt or invoice receipt... like what happens in other programs like Instapay, for example, the ability to take a screenshot has been stopped in the last update

I cannot understand after all these comments from customers, still the bank customer service keep copy pasting the same meaningless answer. If all customers are saying here that since the last update the app is not working, then the bank just needs to check why it's not working and fix the update rather than copy pasting just the same answer. Here am i, one more additional customer having the same complain: since the app updated, IT SIMPLY DOES NOT OPEN !!!
