Applying precautionary measures

Hammering on Crédit Agricole Egypt’s staff wellbeing, several precautionary measures were taken:

  • Distributing masks and gloves on staff
  • Maintain social distance
  • Placing signs for social distancing at elevators
  • Security guards check staff temperature using non-contact thermometers everyday
  • Secure proper hygienic workplace through intensive regular cleaning with a minimum 3 times a day.
  • Hand sanitizer’s gels are available
  • Favor digital communication: videoconferencing, teleconferencing instead of physical meetings
  • Limit local trips and stop international trips
  • Reduce commuting between branches and head office and between branches and branches as well
  • Stop all activities and training for mass number
  • Limit meetings and receiving outside visitors for Head office
  • Stop food delivery to the bank’s premises
  • Equip cash staff with sanitization
  • Avail resident doctor in the Head Office to check staff upon need
  • E-leaning awareness course about COVID-19
  • In order to ensure the safety of staff who are working at head office building and avoid congestion, smart working solution was implemented and staff started working remotely.
