Copy of pension slip issued from social insurance or bank statement showing the pension transfer ( Pension must be transferred to Crédit Agricole Egypt)

transfers for and by the seller (Form 19) – Available at the Real Estate Registration Authority in whose jurisdiction the property is situated – Dates as from the date of the registered contract – The Customer has to bring it and revised by Legal Department – This is in order to verify that the property is in the seller’s name and has not sold or mortgaged it

A certificate from the Real Estate Tax Authority in whose jurisdiction the property is situated – This certificate must be in the seller’s name as in the ownership contract (in order to allow the transfer of ownership in the Customer’s name) – To be provided by the seller or a certificate indicating the non-existence of real estate taxes to date
