Credit Agricole Egypt has proudly hosted Mr. Philippe Brassac, in his 1st official visit to Egypt in his capacity as CEO of Credit Agricole S.A.

During his visit, Mr. Brassac has celebrated the 1st LEED* Platinum Certificate in Egypt and North Africa awarded to Credit Agricole Egypt’s Head Office. On this occasion, he has expressed his satisfaction: “this award demonstrates Credit Agricole values as a responsible and a committed Group towards sustained development, fostering investments that generates growth”.

Mr. François-Edouard Drion, Chairman and Managing Director of Crédit Agricole Egypt stated: “Aiming to be the reference European Bank in Egypt, Credit Agricole Egypt made a large investment in its state-of-the-art eco-friendly Head Office that united all teams in one building to provide high-quality services guaranteeing customers’ satisfaction. Mr. Drion stated that: “today, Credit Agricole is proud that its Head Office is the 1st building in Egypt and North Africa to be awarded the Platinum LEED certificate. This represents our commitment to our social responsibility for environmental protection, sustainable development and our team members’ well fare. He added that: “this certification is the beginning of a systematic approach to improve building efficiency”.

Credit Agricole Egypt’s confirms its ecosystem leadership to obtain the LEED certificate

CAE succeeded in obtaining the platinum LEED certificate for its Head Office named Unity Building for its iconic design; out of which the building was set on reducing impacts on human health and on the environment through better site selection, construction, operation and maintenance.

Located in New Cairo, the Head Office depends on rationalizing power resources, in addition to providing maximum comfort to its staff. It includes a modern setup branch, different facilities to optimize the co-working environment including well-equipped training and meeting rooms and an auditorium that can take up to 300 persons in addition to a cafeteria, a restaurant, a gym and a green area.
