“Ebhar Misr” Initiative aims to adopt and foster talents between the ages of 14 to 18 years old in the fields of sciences, mathematics, information technology and arts to groom these youths and hone their skills in preparation for a successful future where they will build a better tomorrow for Egypt. It is worth mentioning that Crédit Agricole Egypt Foundation for Development focuses its strategy on youth as they represent the largest and most important group in Egypt, in aims of achieving development and sustainability. Crédit Agricole Egypt Foundation has chosen to cooperate with “Education First” Foundation because of its contributions to society as well as its expansive expertise in identifying and training talents.

“Ebhar Misr” Initiative is organizing a summer training camp for exceptional schools’ students across the entire country. At the end of the training, a science and art exhibition is held to showcase the products of the youth who participated in the camp. A theatrical and musical performance is also held in addition to offering students scholarships and internships at big companies as well as opportunities for academic scholarships abroad and motivational gifts.

Towards the principle of equal opportunities and to guarantee the participation of all Egyptian youths in the initiative, Crédit Agricole Egypt has launched an electronic platform for youth who find themselves talented in the fields of sciences, mathematics, information technology and arts to register in the initiative by submitting their personal emails. Crédit Agricole Egypt has also launched a comprehensive advertising campaign to promote participating in “Ebhar Misr” Initiative.
