Program Features:

• Subsidized Interest Rate: 12%
• Loan Duration: Up to 20 years
• Loan Ratio: Financing up to 80% of the unit value with maximum amount of EGP 2M
• Net Monthly Income of unmarried person: Up to EGP 40,000
• Net Monthly Income of married person (Husband and wife): Up to EGP 50,000
• Age: Minimum age of 21 years old, and maximum age of 60 years old for employed customers, and 65  years old for self-employed customers at loan maturity
• Monthly Instalment: Up to 40% of your net monthly income

• Employed
  • Salary transferred to Crédit Agricole Egypt
  • Salary transferred to another bank
  • Employed with cash payment (no salary transferred to a bank)
• Business Owners
